Botox® Cosmetic is a simple, nonsurgical, treatment that can temporarily smooth moderate to severe frown lines between the brows in people from 18 to 65 years of age. It is the only treatment of its type approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). This 10-minute treatment—a few tiny injections—and within days there’s a noticeable improvement in moderate to severe frown lines between the brows, which can last up to 4 months. Results may vary. What areas of the face do we use Botox® in?
We use Botox® on the upper and lower face as well as the neck. We also use it to shape the jaw line. Most of our clients use Botox® for both prevention and treatment of wrinkles and are very happy with the results. We can also treat Hyperhydrosis of the palms and axilla (arm pits). We do not however treat migraine with Botox® cosmetic at our facility.
How do we price our Botox®:
Botox® is measured and bought in units. It is best to always know how many units of Botox® you are getting as this will determine your cost, treatment effectiveness or excess! We try to use the minimum amount of units to achieve subtle results.
How do we decide how many units of Botox® to use?
Mostly importantly we need to discuss your desired results. Then we will consider all the following factors: your age and sex, area/s needing treatment.
Our goal is not to simply paralyze your facial muscles (though some want this!), but to provide you with a more natural look.
